1. Workshop Immersive
In person intensive | 2 months biweekly
Designed by Brett Simpson and grounded in both science and lived experience, each module offers a safe, guided space to explore resilience, meaning, and the personal habits that sustain a healthier way of being. The content is practical, but the outcomes are deeply personal. Whether you’re rebuilding after illness, emerging from burnout, or searching for purpose, this work helps you understand yourself so you can change your life from the inside out.
Each workshop stands alone. Take one, or follow the path that feels right for where you are.
Identity Workshop
Used for insight and change, not for boxing you in
Understanding your patterns, motivations, and internal narratives
Sustainable habit change begins with self understanding. If you do not see the pattern driving the behaviour, it will repeat itself. We can only change what we understand and can accept.
This workshop introduces the Enneagram as a grounded framework to understand how you survive, perform, relate, and protect yourself.
It is not about labelling.
It is about recognising the deeper why behind how you live, so change becomes aligned and lasting.
Physical Health Workshop
Reclaiming energy, strength, and vitality
Our bodies keep the score of stress, illness, and life events.
The approach is realistic and compassionate. It’s not about perfection. it’s about understanding what your body needs to feel better and live better.
Emotional Health Workshop
Understanding feelings and building resilience
Emotions shape behaviour, strain the body, and influence wellbeing.
It’s a chance to meet yourself honestly and to learn skills that allow you to stay grounded even when life becomes overwhelming.
Mental Health Workshop
Awareness, clarity, and mindset shifts
Our thoughts create the lens we live through.
This is not about positive thinking. It’s about choosing thoughts and perspectives that help your life move forward.
Why these workshops matter
Identity, Physical, Emotional, Mental - Research shows that emotional resilience improves health outcomes, mind body practices reduce stress and support immunity, and lifestyle shifts influence gene expression and recovery. But knowledge alone doesn’t create change. Wholistic health needs experience, reflection, courage, and the right tools.
These workshops offer all four dimensions of reintegration: identity, physical health, emotional resilience, and mental clarity.
They bring together the scientific principles of psychoneuroimmunology, epigenetics and the placebo effect with practical skills and human guidance. This is health you can feel, understand, and sustain.

Module 1: Identity & Self Understanding

This longer session establishes the foundation for the program, introducing identity exploration through the Enneagram and setting the context for all subsequent modules.
Module 2: Physical Health & the Body
Half Day | 09:00–13:00 | 20 March 2026 | LifeShine Wellness Centre
This module restores a respectful relationship with the body, exploring sleep, movement, nourishment, breath and rest as foundations of nervous system safety, resilience and sustainable energy rather than discipline or performance.
Module 3: Emotional Health & Regulation
Half Day | 09:00–13:00 | 03 April 2026 | LifeShine Wellness Centre
This module reframes emotional patterns as meaningful signals, helping participants recognise stress responses and coping habits with compassion while building practical skills to regulate emotions and stay present during discomfort.
Module 4: Mental Health & Meaning
Half Day | 09:00–13:00 | 17 April 2026 | LifeShine Wellness Centre
This module explores mental patterns and internal narratives, helping participants observe habitual thinking, question outdated beliefs, and develop a more flexible, supportive relationship with the mind to strengthen clarity, perspective and emotional balance.
2. Guided Journey
Structured Online Cohort | 4 Months
A steady, supported pathway for those who want guidance and accountability in a flexible online format.
Delivered over four months, this cohort requires consistent participation, with live sessions every two weeks to build momentum and continuity. Structured integration tools support steady progress between sessions.
Grounded in the same WholeHealth Renewal framework of identity and habits, this journey allows insight to translate into sustainable change at a manageable pace.

3. Integration Support
Ongoing Community Support | 6 Months
For those seeking rhythm, connection, and gentle accountability after completing a workshop or guided journey.
This six month container requires ongoing commitment, with one live session per month and structured practices between sessions. The focus rotates across identity, physical, emotional, and mental health to support steady alignment.
Less intensive. More consistent.
