A quiet truth
For many people, the most challenging phase of cancer begins after treatment ends.
When remission arrives and life is meant to return to normal, something often doesn’t.
Perspective shifts.
The body feels different.
Old habits, beliefs, and identities no longer fit as they once did.
This phase is rarely named in clinical pathways.
Yet it is deeply common, and deeply human.
WholeHealth Renewal exists for this moment.
What this program is about
WholeHealth Renewal is not about recovery as a return.
It is about reintegration.
This is an experiential, evidence informed program for people in remission who sense that something deeper wants to change, even if they cannot yet articulate what that is.
The work explores two inseparable dimensions:
Identity, the why
and
Habits, the how
Because sustained health and wellbeing emerge when meaning, behaviour, and physiology evolve together.
Identity comes first
Cancer often disrupts the internal narratives we have lived from for decades.
Roles such as the achiever, caretaker, or self sufficient one may have supported survival and success. After cancer, those same patterns can quietly contribute to emotional strain, stress physiology, or a sense of misalignment.
In this program, identity is explored with clarity and compassion. We often use the Enneagram as a psychological and relational framework, not as a label, but as a way of making unconscious patterns visible.
This process supports:
Greater self awareness under stress
Separation of identity from coping strategies
Reduced self criticism and increased agency
Acceptance comes first.
Change follows more naturally from there.
Habits as lived expression
With identity clarified, habits are no longer framed as compliance or discipline.
They are explored as expressions of belief, emotional conditioning, and nervous system patterning.
The physical, emotional, and mental modules translate insight into practice through:
Physical rhythms such as sleep, rest, movement, breath, and nourishment
Emotional habits including stress responses, regulation, and coping strategies
Mental patterns, meaning making, and cognitive habits that shape behaviour
The emphasis is on small, intentional experimentation rather than prescriptive plans.
Change becomes something learned through experience, not forced through effort.
How the program works
WholeHealth Renewal is delivered as a guided group journey, with optional individual support.
The program integrates:
Identity based self understanding
Practical, accessible health practices
Research from mind body science, positive psychology, and lifestyle medicine
Lived experience alongside clinical insight
The approach is structured, but not rigid.
Supportive, but not directive.
There is room for inquiry, resistance, grief, insight, humour, and relief.

Module 1: Identity & Self Understanding
This foundational module explores identity as a set of learned patterns rather than fixed traits. After cancer, many people find that old ways of understanding themselves no longer fit. Using the Enneagram as a reflective framework, participants gain insight into how they think, feel, and respond under pressure, allowing unconscious patterns to become visible and choice to emerge with greater self acceptance.
Module 2: Physical Health & the Body
This module invites a more respectful and trusting relationship with the body. Physical habits such as sleep, movement, nourishment, breath, and rest are explored as expressions of nervous system safety rather than discipline or performance. Participants gently experiment with rhythms that support resilience, energy, and sustainable wellbeing.
Module 3: Emotional Health & Regulation
This module focuses on understanding emotional patterns as meaningful signals rather than problems to fix. Participants learn to recognise stress responses, emotional habits, and coping strategies with compassion, while developing practical skills to regulate emotions and remain present during discomfort.
Module 4: Mental Health & Meaning
This module explores the mental patterns and internal narratives that shape perception and behaviour. Participants learn to observe habitual thinking, question outdated beliefs, and cultivate a more flexible and supportive relationship with the mind, supporting clarity, perspective, and emotional balance.
Program Format
WholeHealth Renewal is designed as a paced, experiential journey that allows time for insight, integration, and real life practice.
The program unfolds over four months, with two modules per month, meeting every two weeks. This rhythm supports reflection and habit change without overwhelm.
Opening Experience: FEEL IT
The journey begins with FEEL IT, a guided mindful music experience held in nature.
Using music, gentle movement, and spacious attention, FEEL IT helps participants settle the nervous system, release emotional charge, and quiet the mind. It creates a grounded internal state from which deeper self exploration can unfold.
This opening experience supports emotional clearing, presence, and openness before the identity work begins.
Module 1: Identity & Self Understanding
Full Day | 09:00–15:00
The first module is a longer, immersive session that lays the foundation for the entire program. It introduces the Enneagram as a compassionate framework for understanding identity, patterns, and stress responses, and sets the context for the physical, emotional, and mental work that follows.

Modules 2–4: Physical, Emotional & Mental Health
Half Day | 09:00–13:00
The remaining modules are held as half day sessions. Each builds on the identity foundation and translates insight into lived experience through practical, accessible exploration of physical rhythms, emotional regulation, and mental habits.
Time between sessions allows for integration, experimentation, and reflection.
