Enneagram work with Teams
Skills and strategy matter.
So does how people relate, communicate, and make decisions together.
High performing teams build shared understanding, trust, and the ability to respond well under pressure. When this is in place, communication sharpens, accountability strengthens, and performance becomes more consistent.
When it’s not, even capable teams experience friction, misalignment, and reactive patterns that quietly erode momentum.
The Enneagram offers teams a grounded, practical way to understand what drives behaviour, on good days and under stress. It creates shared language, strengthens self awareness, and supports healthier, more intentional ways of working together.
I work with teams in two ways, depending on their goals, timing, and depth of integration.
1 Day Intensive Workshop:
Insight & alignment now
Teams who want a powerful reset, shared language, and momentum.
Ideal for leadership offsites, culture resets, or teams looking to sharpen communication and alignment quickly.
2 Three Month Integration Pathway
Integration & behaviour change over time
Teams who want patterns to actually shift, not just be understood.
Designed for teams who are ready to move beyond understanding patterns, and into embedding healthier ways of working into day to day business.
What is it
This full-day facilitated workshop helps teams surface blind spots, understand emotional patterns, and make more values-aligned choices in high- pressure moments.
Designed for leadership, management, and C-suite teams of up to 12 people, it is delivered in person or online. The session includes:
What changes for your team?
When people understand themselves and each other more deeply, teams:
Communicate more clearly and directly
Reduce conflict and misinterpretation
Build empathy, trust, and psychological safety
Become more adaptable in high-pressure environments Step into aligned, emotionally intelligent leadership
Why This Works?
We don’t simply train emotional intelligence. We create space for reflection, honest dialogue, and deep pattern recognition. The Enneagram acts as a map, while emotional agility techniques offer practical tools to navigate it. Together, they build a bridge between inner awareness and outward behaviour. This helps teams move from reactivity to presence, and from autopilot habits to intentional alignment.
This work is not abstract or indulgent. It is practical, grounded, and directly supports the way your team communicates, collaborates, and performs.
What makes this workshop different
Depth with practicality | We go beyond generic team-building to shift real dynamics that affect day-to-day performance.
Psychological safety first | The environment we create allows for honesty, vulnerability, and breakthrough conversations.
Tailored to your context | We align the process with your current challenges, goals, and business culture.
The Enneagram Integration Pathway is designed to support real behavioural change over time, not just insight in the moment.
This three month facilitated process allows teams to build awareness, work consciously with pressure, and integrate new ways of relating into how they actually operate.
Delivered as three half day sessions, one per month, the pathway creates space for reflection, practice, and integration between sessions.
What is it
The Enneagram Integration Pathway is a structured team development process that uses the Enneagram as a practical map for understanding motivation, behaviour, and relational dynamics over time.
Rather than covering everything in one day, the work is intentionally paced to allow learning to settle and mature. Each session builds on the previous one, supporting deeper awareness, responsibility, and choice.
Designed for leadership, management, and senior teams of up to 12 people, it is delivered in person or online.
Pathway Structure
Module 1: Awareness & Shared Language
Establishing psychological safety and a common understanding
The first session focuses on building trust, shared language, and self awareness.
Teams explore core Enneagram patterns, motivation versus behaviour, and Centres of Expression (thinking, feeling, acting). The emphasis is on understanding how individuals naturally communicate and lead, and how this impacts others.
This session reduces misinterpretation and personalisation, creating a foundation for more honest and effective collaboration.
Module 2: Patterns Under Pressure
Understanding stress, triggers, and reactive dynamics
The second session works with what happens when pressure increases.
Teams explore instinctual drives, stress responses, wings, and growth dynamics. Attention is given to recurring friction points, conflict patterns, and leadership blind spots that show up when stakes are high.
This session builds awareness and choice in moments that typically derail communication and performance.
Module 3: Integration & Ways of Working
Embedding insight into day to day behaviour
The final session focuses on integration.
The team translates insight into practical agreements around communication, decision making, and ways of working together. Appreciation, repair, and reflection practices are introduced to support ongoing trust and accountability.
This session ensures the work does not stay theoretical, but becomes part of how the team operates going forward.
