The definition of wisdom is ‘to synthesise knowledge into experience’. Each day of the journey you will be provided with a research-based, knowledge nugget, a mind-calming, custom meditation and a thoughtful exercise through which to explore your relationship with each daily theme. The invitation is to go as deep, or as shallow, as you are willing and able with your current life commitments (course material will always be available for you to repeat).
The Enneagram, which is the most powerful self-awareness tool today, is the focus of the first two days. This can bring clarity to your core motivation, your gifts to capitalise on, as well as your challenges to accept with more compassion.
The Enneagram lens throughout the journey provides a personalised guide to highlight your relationship with each health pillar. This further draws you towards self-acknowledgement and self-acceptance - inviting self-compassion into your life.
